Deborah's Circle

Deborah’s Circle is WSS's collective giving initiative comprised of women+  who provide financial grants to non-profit organizations serving women and/or children in Lancaster County. 

Collective giving is a rapidly growing, grassroots, philanthropic movement that empowers women to join together and invest their financial resources to strengthen their local communities. This collaborative and democratic form of philanthropy builds a pooled fund made up of members’ equal contributions collected annually. Circle members will develop a decision-making process that includes voting by the membership to select annual grant recipients.
